【摘要】:ThispartofIEC605providesageneralprocedurefordesignoftestcycles,wherenoapplicablepreferredtestcyclescanbefoundinIEC605-3.Itappliestothedesignofoper-atingandenvironmentaltestcyclesreferredtoin8.1and8.2ofIEC605-1.Theresultingtestcycleshouldbeincludedinthedetailedreliabilitytestspecification.Testswhichincludecyclesdesignedaccordingtothisstandardarenotintendedtoreplaceordinarytestssuchasqualificationtests,functionalperformancetestsandenvironmentaltests.Pre-exposuretestsmayinsomecasesbenecessarybeforecommencingthetestcyclesdesignedbythemethodsofthisstandard.Thebasisofthedecisionastowhethertoincludepre-exposuretestsisoutsidethescopeofthisstandard.
