【摘要】:1GeneralISO9001:2000,Qualitymanagementsystems—Requirements1Scope1.1GeneralThisInternationalStandardspecifiesrequirementsforaqualitymanagementsystemwhereanorganizationa)needstodemonstrateitsabilitytoconsistentlyprovideproductthatmeetscustomerandapplicableregulatoryrequirements,andb)aimstoenhancecustomersatisfactionthroughtheeffectiveapplicationofthesystem,includingprocessesforcontinualimprovementofthesystemandtheassuranceofconformitytocustomerandapplicableregulatoryrequirements.NOTEInthisInternationalStandard,theterm"product"appliesonlytotheproductintendedfor,orrequiredby,acustomer.ThisTechnicalSpecification,inconjunctionwithISO9001:2000,definesthequalitymanagementsystemrequirementsforthedesignanddevelopment,productionand,whenrelevant,installationandserviceofautomotive-relatedproducts.ThisTechnicalSpecificationisapplicabletositesoftheorganizationwherecustomer-specifiedparts,forproductionand/orservice,aremanufactured.Supportingfunctions,whetheron-siteorremote(suchasdesigncentres,corporateheadquartersanddistributioncentres),formpartofthesiteauditastheysupportthesite,butcannotobtainstand-alonecertificationtothisTechnicalSpecification.ThisTechnicalSpecificationcanbeappliedthroughouttheautomotivesupplychain.2ApplicationISO9001:2000,Qualitymanagementsystems—Requirements1.2ApplicationAllrequirementsofthisInternationalStandardaregenericandareintendedtobeapplicabletoallorganizations,regardlessoftype,sizeandproductprovided.Whereanyrequirement(s)ofthisInternationalStandardcannotbeappliedduetothenatureofanorganizationanditsproduct,thiscanbeconsideredforexclusion.Whereexclusionsaremade,claimsofconformitytothisInternationalStandardarenotacceptableunlesstheseexclusionsarelimitedtorequirementswithinclause7,andsuchexclusionsdonotaffecttheorganization'sability,orresponsibility,toprovideproductthatmeetscustomerandapplicableregulatoryrequirements.TheonlypermittedexclusionsforthisTechnicalSpecificationrelateto7.3wheretheorganizationisnotresponsibleforproductdesignanddevelopment.Permittedexclusionsdonotincludemanufacturingprocessdesign.
