【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcoversbrickintendedforbothstructuralandnonstructuralmasonrywhereexternalappearanceisnotarequirement.Thebrickareprismaticunitsavailableinavarietyofsizes,shapes,textures,andcolors.Thespecificationdoesnotcoverbrickintendedforuseasfacingunitsorwheresurfaceappearanceisarequirement,(seeSpecificationC216).Thisspecificationdoesnotcoverbrickintendedforuseaspavingbrick(seeSpecificationC902).1.2Thepropertyrequirementsofthisstandardapplyatthetimeofpurchase.Theuseofresultsfromtestingofbrickextractedfrommasonrystructuresfordeterminingconformanceornonconformancetothepropertyrequirements(Section3)ofthisstandardisbeyondthescopeofthisstandard.1.3Brickaremanufacturedfromclay,shale,orsimilarnaturallyoccurringearthysubstancesandsubjectedtoaheattreatmentatelevatedtemperatures(firing).Theheattreatmentmustdevelopsufficientfiredbondbetweentheparticulateconstituentstoprovidethestrengthanddurabilityrequirementsofthisspecification.(Seefiring,firedbond,andincipientfusioninTerminologyC43.)1.4Brickareshapedduringmanufacturebymolding,pressing,orextrusion,andtheshapingmethodisawaytodescribethebrick(seeTerminologyC43).1.5Thetextofthisstandardreferencesnotesandfootnoteswhichprovideexplanatorymaterial.Thesenotesandfootnotes(excludingthoseintablesandfigures)shallnotbeconsideredasrequirementsofthestandard.1.6Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.

【摘要】:ThispartofISO14592specifiesatestmethodforevaluatingthebiodegradabilityoforganictestcompoundsbyaerobicmicroorganismsbymeansofashake-flaskbatchtest.Itisapplicabletonaturalsurfacewater,freefromcoarseparticlestosimulateapelagicenvironment("pelagictest")ortosurfacewaterwithsuspendedsedimentsaddedtoobtainalevelof0,1g/lto1g/ldrymasstosimulateawaterbodywithsuspendedsediment("suspendedsedimenttest").ThispartofISO14592isapplicabletoorganictestcompoundspresentinlowerconcentrations(normallybelow100μg/l)thanthoseofnaturalcarbonsubstratesalsopresentinthesystem.Undertheseconditions,thetestcompoundsserveasasecondarysubstrateandthekineticsforbiodegradationwouldbeexpectedtobefirstorder("non-growth"kinetics).Thistestmethodisnotrecommendedforuseasproofofultimatebiodegradationwhichisbetterassessedusingotherstandardizedtests(seeISO/TR15462).Itisalsonotwellsuitedtostudiesonmetaboliteformationandaccumulationwhichrequirehighertestconcentrations.
