【摘要】:ThispartofISO22965appliestoconcreteforstructurescastinsitu,pre-caststructuresandstructuralpre-castproductsforbuildingsandcivilengineeringstructures.Theconcretecanbemixedonsite,ready-mixedconcreteorproducedinaplantforpre-castconcreteproducts.ThispartofISO22965appliestoconcretecompactedtoretainnoappreciableamountofentrappedairotherthanentrainedairandtonormal-weight,heavy-weightandlight-weightconcrete.OtherInternationalStandardsforspecificproducts,e.g.pre-castproducts,orforprocesseswithinthefieldofthescopeofthispartofISO22965,canrequireorpermitdeviationsfromthispartofISO22965.ThispartofISO22965containsrequirementsforthespecificationofconcreteandguidancefortheexchangeofinformationbetweenthespecifierandsupplier.Aninformativeannexgivesgeneralguidanceonspecification.Morespecificguidanceonspecificationrelatedtothelocalconditionscanbegiveninanationalannex.ThispartofISO22965doesnotapplyto-concretewithamaximumaggregatesizeequaltoorlessthan4mmor5mm(mortar),-aeratedconcrete,-foamedconcrete,-concretewithanopenstructure(“no-fineaggregate”concrete),-concretewithadensitylessthan800kg/m3,-refractoryconcrete.ThispartofISO22965doesnotcoverhealthandsafetyrequirementsfortheprotectionofworkersduringproductionanddeliveryofconcrete.

【摘要】:Thistestmethodprovidesameansofacceleratingthetendencyofamaterialtowardspontaneousheatingthatmayeventuallyleadtoafire.Itisapplicabletoliquidsandpastes.Thespontaneousheatingbehaviorofanoil-basedmaterialisaffectedbysuchfactorsastheavailabilityofoxygen,theamountofdrierspresent,thedegreeofpolymerizationofoils,thesurfaceareaofthecellulosematerial,measurestopreventheatdissipation,andtheamountofoilincontactwithcellulosematerial.Thedegreeofspontaneousheatingbearslittlerelationshiptothetypeofcellulosematerialtowhichanoil-basedmaterialcomesincontactorwhetherornotoilsoakedmaterialsarefirstairdried.Smallamountsofcontaminants,suchasoilpaint,quartzdust,dirtordrier(forexample,materialsthatmightbefoundonadirty,oil-soakedrag),canactascatalystsforthisreaction.31.1Thistestmethodcoversasmall-scalelaboratoryproceduretodeterminetheselfheatingtendencyofoil-basedmaterialsbyexposuretoelevatedtemperaturesinairinacontrolledsemi-adiabaticsystem.1.2Thistestmethodhasbeendevelopedtoaddressanurgentneedtoidentifyoil-basedmaterialsthatmayrequirelabelingforspontaneousheatingtendency.Studiesbasedonthistestmethodmayallowthedevelopmentofapracticetoidentifysuchoil-basedmaterials.1.3ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Forsafetyconcernsspecifictodisposalofsolvent-soakedrags,seeAppendixX1.
