【摘要】:ThisclauseofPart1isreplacedbythefollowing.ThisInternationalStandarddealswiththesafetyofelectricallyoperatedcommercialforcedconvectionovens,steamcookers,steam-convectionovensand,exclusiveofanyotheruse,steamgenerators,notintendedforhouseholduse,theirratedvoltagebeingnotmorethan250Vforsingle-phaseappliancesconnectedbetweenonephaseandneutraland480Vforotherappliances.NOTE101Theseappliancesareusedforexampleinrestaurants,canteens,hospitalsandcommercialenterprisessuchasbakeries,butcheries,etc.Theelectricalpartofappliancesmakinguseofotherformsofenergyisalsowithinthescopeofthisstandard.Asfarasispracticable,thisstandarddealswiththecommonhazardspresentedbythesetypesofappliances.NOTE102Attentionisdrawntothefactthat–forappliancesintendedtobeusedinvehiclesoronboardshipsoraircraft,additionalrequirementsmaybenecessary;–inmanycountriesadditionalrequirementsarespecifiedbythenationalhealthauthorities,thenationalauthoritiesresponsiblefortheprotectionoflabour,thenationalwatersupplyauthoritiesandsimilarauthorities;–inmanycountriesadditionalrequirementsarespecifiedforpressureappliances.NOTE103Thisstandarddoesnotapplyto–appliancesdesignedexclusivelyforindustrialpurposes;–appliancesintendedtobeusedinlocationswherespecialconditionsprevail,suchasthepresenceofacorrosiveorexplosiveatmosphere(dust,vapourorgas);–continuousprocessappliancesforthemassproductionoffood;–microwaveovens(IEC60335-2-90);
