【摘要】:1ThisEuropeanStandardappliestomachinesforthemanufactureofconstructionalproductsofcalciumsilicateorconcrete,wherethemould(s)is(are)mountedonaturningorslidemovingtable.Themotivepowerforcompressingthemixtureiseffectedeithermechanically(annexesA,B),orhydraulically(annexesCandD).2ThisEuropeanStandarddealswiththehazardslistedinclause4ofmachinesforthemanufactureofconstructionalproductsfromconcreteandcalciumsilicate,whenusedasintendedundertheconditionsforeseenbythemanufacturer.ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestheappropriatetechnicalmeasurestoeliminateorreducerisksarisingfromthesignificanthazards.3ThisEuropeanStandardappliestothemachinesfromthepointatwhichthemixtureentersthemachine(seepoint1ofannexesA,B,C,D)andthepointwherethepalletsforconcreteproductsarebroughttotheassembly(seepoint8atannexesCandD)untilthepointwherethegreenproductsareremovedfromthemachinetothecuringsystem(seepoint2ofannexesA,B,C,D).4ThisEuropeanstandarddoesnotcoverthoserequirementsforreducinghazardsfrommechanical,electrical,pneumatic,hydraulicorotherequipmentormachinerythataredealtwithinstandardsfortheircommonuse(TypeA,B1andB2standards).5ThisEuropeanStandarddealswiththehazardslistedinclause4whichcanariseduringtheoperationandmaintenance,includingtheinterfaces,oftheslideandturntablemachines,whencarriedoutinaccordancewiththespecificationsgivenbythemanufacturerorhisauthorisedrepresentative,exceptnoisehazards.NOTEAmendmentisunderpreparationtodealwithnoise,inparticularformeasurestoreducenoiseatsourceandanoisetestcodeincludingnoisedeclaration.Thisstandardestablishessafetyrequirementsand/ormethodsofprotectionwhichapplytothesemachines.6Theprovisionsstatedinthisstandardassumethatalloperatorshavebeenadequatelyinformedandtrained.note:1)Untilanoisetestcode(dealingwiththemeasurementanddeclarationofnoiseemissionvalues)specifictothemachinescoveredbythispartisavailabletocomplementtherequirementsof5.7.2and7.4.2ofEN12629-1:2000,itcannotbeconsideredthatnoisehazardsarecovered.
