【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60444definesthestandardmethodofmeasuringloadresonancefrequencyfatthenominalvalueofC,andthedeterminationoftheeffectiveloadcapacitanceCatthenominalfrequencyforcrystalswiththefigureofmeritM>4.M,accordingtoTable1ofIEC60122-1-2002,isexpressedinthefollowingequation:Thisgivesgoodresultsinafrequencyrangeupto200MHz.ThismethodallowsthecalculationofloadresonancefrequencyoffsetΔf,frequencypullingrangeΔfandpullingsensitivitySasdescribedin2.2.31ofIEC60122-1-2002.IncontrarytothesimplemethodofIEC60444-4,thismeasurementtechniqueavoidstheuseofphysicalloadcapacitors,andallowshigheraccuracy,betterreproducibilityandcorrelationtotheapplication.Itextendstheupperfrequencylimitfrom30MHzbythemethodofIEC60444-4to200MHzapproximately.Thismethodisbasedontheerror-correctedmeasurementtechniqueofIEC60444-5-1995,andthereforeallowsthemeasurementoffLandCtogetherwiththedeterminationoftheequivalentcrystalparametersinonesequencewithoutchangingthetestfixture.WiththismethodthefrequencyfissearchedwherethereactanceXCofthecrystalhastheoppositevalueofthereactanceoftheloadcapacitance.FurthermorethismethodallowstodeterminetheeffectiveloadcapacitanceCatthenominalfrequencyf.
